With a cheese in his backpack, the shepherd Aritz Ganboa immerses himself in a challenge in which he runs through the mountains of Navarre to unite the villages of his ancestors: Arruazu in Sakana and Isaba in Roncal, a distance of 170 km and 9000 metres of positive difference in altitude. With the challenge being the thread of the tale, of a narration based on shepherding. Throughout this route, different testimonies are gathered together to highlight and vindicate the rural world and culture, while at the same time building bridges between both the urban and the rural world that is alive.
