Her knowledge and activity have brought her the highest accolades worldwide.

Produced such Picture as series “Polish Himalayas” 6 parts for Agora SA , “At  every call” for  TOPR , “Peaks of Freedom - Polish Himalayas” for Adam Mickiewicz Institute, series “Mountain School of TOPR” as well as numerous publications concerning mountain culture .

New production 2010 /2011 about  Tatra Mountain Rescue Team

Obtained multiple international awards on  Mountain Film Festivals.

JAVIER ALONSO ALDAMA

Amurrio 1957

Cutting-edge climber of the eighties, he made dozens of openings and first ascents. Specialist and protagonist in the first documentaries of  “Al filo de lo imposible” by TVE (Spanish Public Televisión) until an accident took him away from such activities.

Professor of Greek Language and Literature at the University of the Basque Country.

Creator and organizer of the first Symposium on Literature, Film and Mountain in Vitoria-Gasteiz, that took place last october.

Filmmaker and video director. Climber.

In over 20 years he has done all kinds of audiovisual works: travel reports, ethnographic, documentaries ...

He has produced iconic series in Euskal Telebista (Basque Public Television) such as "La noche de" - program about the film world, "Oinak Izarretan" mountain documentary series directed by Alberto Iñurrategi, and “La Mirada Mágica ".

He currently directs and produces the program “EITB Cultura”.

PATXI BASABE PÉREZ DE VIÑASPRE

Vitoria-Gasteiz 1975

He began his film career at the age of 21, collaborating in short movies filmed by friends. He began his training in audiovisual techniques at the School of Arts and Crafts in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Writer and director of short films, usually day-to-day human comedies with a hint of acidity and lots of humor.

His relationship with the mountain has become a passion since his participation in the jury of the first edition of the Mendi Film Festival.

He is currently preparing his sixth short film as director and screenwriter, a documentary and his first feature film.
