PANORAMIC MOUNTAINS- Santi Yaniz Vitoria-Gasteiz, Villasuso Palace, 13th December - 31st January There is a very typical mountaineer gesture on reaching the summit: looking at/admiring the panorama. The panorama is to the mountains what it is to the cinema, a way of looking, a window onto that world of emotions and passions. Making photographic panoramas with the mountains allows the photographer to discover a new way of structuring the space and also the look. In Panoramic Mountains we take a look at the closest mountains with the peculiarity of that oblong format, evoking the landscape in its widest form, like the lengthy horizons we are used to gazing at.
