How would you feel if you were the mother of two families? Of one human and one, non-human and wild, that decided to live to live hidden and free for thousands of years forever in the heart of the jungle. Behold the tale of Joy, a youthful ranger who at the same time brings up her two children Favour and Abie while being steadfast to her compromise to protect the only family of mountain gorillas that dwell in the National Park of Mgahinga, Uganda. Her other Familly, the Nyakagenzi, is made up of nine of the last about one thousand Mountain Gorillas living free on our planet.
