The Mendi Film Association hosts a double offer of mountain cinema: on the one hand, The traditional Mendi Film festival held December, annually and the Mendi Tour, running throughout the year. The festival saw the light in Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2008, and after four editions it moved to Bilbao, where it has been held since 2012.
The Mendi Tour offer travels all over Spain.
The Association is a member of the IAMF-International Alliance for Mountain Film and is represented on the board of EMMOA-Basque Mountain Museum.
